Our company can provide 220--1600mm HDD rock reamer with roller cones. The roller cone reamer fit for all sorts of rock formation.
The Cone bearing is designed with metal seal or o-ring seal. IADC117--737 tooth type is available for different formation. Cone Lock is used for preventing cone falling off when bearing failed.

This steel tooth tricone bit is used used to drill hjgh-compressive strength,medium hard formations(like hard shale,sandstone,limestone,etc.).Short projection teeth with reduced crest length are used in this series of bit designs.Durable hard facing is applied to reduce tooth wear.
