The bullet teeth are made from high-quality alloy material to ensure wear resistance, improve the construction efficiency; the drill bit body embedded with alloy teeth can effectively improve gauge ability of the drill bit .

Soil reamer - Extrusion Reamer,Fluted-type Reamer,Ripping Reamer
Specification : Φ200-2000mm
Extrusion Reamer: suitable for soft soil formation.
Fluted-type Reamer: suitable for quicksand, soil, backfill and multi-stone formation.
Ripping Reamer: Suitable for relatively hard soil or relatively great viscous clay or mudstone.
Reamer Material: made from superior alloy steel undergone strict heat treatment, which effectively enhances impact resistance, pull force, torsional force and wear resistance.

4. Swivel
Our company can provide you with various models of swivel, 10T-350T, complete specifications, single ear or double ears can be customized.
Material: The swivel is made from high-quality alloy steel, having high-quality bearings, tested by the maximum rotation and torque to ensure excellent mechanical properties.
Sealing: combination of a variety of sealed forms, reliable structure, durable; and grease is not easy to leak, extending the period and reducing construction risk.
Maintenance: Use of special grease can resist high temperature and pressure, which is not easy to evaporate when heated and enables a longer bearing life.
5. Rock Reamer
I We can customize Φ280-1500mm sized cone-type rock reamers, as per customers' demands.
Features:
1. The cone has a reasonable tilting angle and its palm embedded with reinforced alloy to prevent premature wear of the palm;
2. With the cone anti-dropout technology, to maximally prevent hole accidents caused by cone body dropout after damages of bearings.
3. The front of the drill bit has a pilot block or pilot ring,to ensure better effects of piloting and slag removal.
4. Timely cooling should be ensured in welding process to prevent damage to the tooth from overheating.
5. Selection of the most suitable tooth profile based on the different formations to improve the construction efficiency.
6. For large-scale reaming, weight reduction design effectively reduces the weight, linear change tendency of the pipeline trajectory to reduce the blocking when the reaming and dragging are conducted.
7. Roller cones specified for trenchless projects are developed with reasonable teeth layout and additionally hardfaced cone palms, effectively enhancing the working life of the reamer in complex rock formations.
6.Mud Motor
1. Adopted technology of equally walled motor stators provides advantages of a short length, high power and high thermal dissipation efficiency . The overall weight is smaller and the working life is longer.
