The difference between carcass PDC drill and steel PDC drill:

The carcass bit is sintered with tungsten carbide powder and brazed to the tungsten carbide carcass with an artificial polycrystalline diamond composite sheet.
2> Steel body PDC bit, machined with nickel, chromium, molybdenum alloy. After heat treatment, a hole is drilled in the bit body, and the artificial polycrystalline diamond composite sheet is welded to the tooth cavity of the bit body by brazing.
